With a simple screed, you can give such a doll a variety of facial expressions and even make it look like someone else. It is not difficult to sew, there is little material and the most affordable.
So, we need:

First, take a synthetic winterizer, tear it into small pieces and sort into two identical stacks. Cover with two pieces of fabric, forming two balls, and tie back the fabric with a regular elastic for hair.

One ball - the basis for the face, the second - for the priests of the doll.
Let's start with the face. The base is ready, now you need to pick up a synthetic winterizer for the cheeks and nose.

We distribute it evenly under the fabric into the blank for the head.

Do not worry if it turns out not quite evenly, then everything can be corrected.
We make a nose screed, starting with the nose bridge.

Enter the needle at the same point from right to left several times. Then we diagonally lead to the place where the nostrils of the nose will be.

We flash several times.

We tighten on the sides on both sides, fix and cut the thread.
Then we make cheeks, a mouth and sponges to our doll. To do this, take two needles with thread and alternately sew one and the second cheek from top to bottom.

Tie the threads together while pulling them together well.

Sew sponges. To do this, stick the needle under the place where the lower lip will be, pull it out under the nose and so lower it down. Tie the threads together, tightening them at the same time. Fluff the sintepon with a needle to give the desired shape.
Sew eye area.

Glue the eyes (you can buttons) and eye shadow to color the lips (you can draw eyebrows, cilia, freckles, etc.).

Let us put aside the muzzle and return to the blank for the priests.
Making it easy. Insert a needle under that ponytail bound with an elastic band and divide the ball into two halves with a thread. Sew several times, lock and cut the thread.

Now we need to make the arms and legs of our doll. In order to make pens, you need to cut the wire, about 1 m long, and twist on each of 5 small fingers. This will be the frame that we wrap with synthetic winterizer, we will cover it with fabric and sew it.

For the legs we will make two blanks, both for the head and the priests, only smaller and begin to form the fingers using the screed.

Then we sew a heel.

When all the details are ready, you can collect the doll. But first, sew a dress and panties. For a dress, you can take a piece of satin fabric and sew it. On top, collect with a notched seam, and at the bottom sheathe with lace and beads. For panties, take a satin ribbon and sew it to the pope, closing the seam.
Then we put on a dress on the ass, we attach two handles and sew everything. Then glue the head. We make hair out of yarn and glue it to the head. We stick the legs to the pope.
