Of the wine and coffee ingredients you will need: dessert wine (the best option is Marsala), espresso. And finally, eggs and sugar.

What the dish consists of:
* Sugar (75 gr.),
* Egg yolk (3 pcs.),
* Tender cheese / cottage cheese / sour cream (250 gr.),
* Instant coffee (3 tsp.),
* Biscuit cookies (120 gr.),
* Dry cocoa (1 tbsp. L.),
* Brandy / Amaretto (4 tbsp. L.).
Cooking:
1. First, pour instant coffee with boiling water (not more than one glass of boiling water). Then cool the resulting espresso and mix it with brandy / liquor.
2. Stir the sugar in the egg yolk, gradually driving the cottage cheese / sour cream / mascarpone. Stir until elastic. Beat the protein until stable and gently mix into the cream.
3. Divide the number of biscuit cookies in two servings. Process the first batch of cookies in a coffee mixture and immediately compactly lay on the bottom of the dish. Then carefully coat the layer with egg-curd mixture.
4. Lay the second batch of biscuits: dip in coffee, put on top of the bottom layer. Brush with the rest of the cream. Level the surface.
5. Wrap a dish with tiramisu with cling film, refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder when serving. Bon Appetit!
