It’s not fashionable to give any rubbish right now, but probably you yourself will not give trinkets. But so fast you can’t imagine what to give to a certain person. The best and most valuable gift for any person will be the gift that you make yourself. It doesn’t even matter what it will be, but the most important thing is to make the product yourself. Here for book lovers, an original handmade bookmark will be a necessary gift. Firstly, it will be in its original design, and secondly, you yourself can choose the color and design. Now we will consider such a master class. Scrapbooking techniques will help us a lot in making this product.
Let's start and for the manufacture we take:
• Beer cardboard, strip 5 * 30 cm;
• Scrapbook paper;
• Yellow satin ribbon 5 cm wide;
• Color ribbon made of dense material with floral print, ribbon width 4 cm;
• Camomiles from felt;
• Sintepon;
• Brads yellow metal plain and yellow epoxy in a metal frame;
• Flowers paper cherries in white;
• Corners metal golden color;
• Double-sided tape, glue stick;
• Adhesive tape effect;
• Lighter;
• Ruler, pencil and scissors.

Since the bookmark should be solid and durable, then we take beer cardboard as its basis. Cut off two stripes of synthetic winterizer measuring 5 * 30 cm.

We glue a double-sided adhesive tape on a synthetic winterizer on both sides of the beer cardboard.

Cut off a strip of yellow tape with reserves along the length so that it can be tucked. We glue on the side a strip of double-sided tape on one side and on the other side. Glue a strip of yellow tape onto the barrel.

We glue the same strip on the other hand, we burn the edges with a lighter, wrap it and hide it inside. Sew along the edge of the entire bookmark.

We wrap the rest of the yellow ribbon with the rest of the bookmark, retreat the stock. We glue two strips of double-sided tape.

Glue the tape around the entire bookmark.

Now we do the same with the flower ribbon. We wrap up and make stock at the joint.

From the scrapbook paper we measure out two rectangles 5.5 * 13 cm. With these pieces of scrapbook paper we will draw the edges of the bookmark.

We glue the bookmark with tape and sew it several times. Now glue the scrapbook paper on the edges of the bookmark.

Sew the edges of the bookmark where we have scrapbook paper. We attach metal corners to the corners of the bookmark.

Now we will decorate the bookmark with daisies. We insert into the daisies from brads felt, which are in a metal frame. We sort the cherry flowers, they turn out to be small and look like chamomiles, we insert metallic yellow brads inside them.
