Ingredients:
- beef meat (pulp) - three hundred and fifty grams;
- fresh champignon mushrooms (can be replaced with pickled and frozen) - two hundred and fifty grams;
- two large carrots;
- pickles - four pieces;
- vegetable or olive oil (for frying).
We put the well-washed beef meat into a pan and pour cold water. Cook it until fully cooked for about two hours. Water does not need to be salted. Since there will be cucumbers in the salad.
Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife.
Rub carrots with a grater.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter for about five minutes. Next, add carrots to the mushrooms. Fry for about ten minutes.
Boiled meat and pickles are finely chopped.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Salad ready.
Before serving, you can season with mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream.
