In this review, the author shows how to make a tool for processing workpieces from metal and wood. The design is quite simple, so making such a device will not be difficult.
To make homemade products you will need a board or plywood and a piece of metal plate.
First of all, the author cuts a piece of the board and makes a marking on it (the dimensions of the workpiece can be arbitrary, as you wish). The main thing is to maintain the necessary form.
Next, using a manual circular or a conventional hacksaw, we cut the workpiece on a tree.
The main stages of work
After the workpiece is sawn, it will be necessary to process parallel beveled planes on a grinder or manually - they must be perfectly even.

At the next stage, in the lower part of the workpiece, it is necessary to make a cut in the shape of a dovetail.
Next, we take a piece of metal and cut off from it three strips of width equal to the height of the wooden workpiece. Then you need to adjust their length to size.
After that, we weld all three metal blanks together. Finishing is performed on a grinding machine.
At the end of the resulting part, you need to drill a hole and cut the thread.
Then it is necessary to process the wooden crossbar with oil and attach a metal part to it. Then we stretch sandpaper.
