You do not have to make boxes yourself - you can take ready-made (plastic) ones. For the manufacture of the frame, profile pipes 15x15 mm are suitable.
The first step is to cut the blanks from the profile of the desired length. Then it will be necessary to weld two rectangular frames. The crossbars are welded to them (in this case, a 4-tier construction).
The main stages of work
Of the four sections of the corner, it will be necessary to weld another frame - it will be attached to the upper part of the frame.
At the next stage, it is necessary to cut off 2 segments of the strip to which the author welds the wheels on the turntable. Then strips with wheels must be welded to the bottom of the frame.
The sides are covered with sheets of plywood. Then the whole structure will need to be painted. And on the sides you need to screw metal handles.
The author places a corrugated sheet of metal on top, however, in principle, plywood can also be used. This is already as you like.
