In principle, the idea itself is very simple to implement, so everyone can make such a gift for the New Year. Of the base material, only wood blanks and a round stick of suitable length are required.
First of all, it will be necessary to cut the wooden slats of the desired thickness, and they should be different in length.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the master makes a marking on each workpiece, after which he makes through holes exactly in the center. To do this, he uses a drilling machine and a suitable wood milling cutter.
Then, from a piece of the board, it will be necessary to cut out the support under the rectangular Christmas tree. By the way, you can also use a piece of plywood for this. In the stand, you also need to make a through hole in the center (of the same diameter as in the trims).
Next, the master puts the prepared slats on a wooden round stick. It can be done using a jig. The "trunk with branches" is inserted into the seat in the stand itself. Then it remains only to paint and decorate with toys.
