To leave traces from the teeth of the file on the surface of the material, you need to press it well and it is advisable to do it evenly. To implement this idea, a special device is made similar to a clamp, where one of the clamping parts is the surface of the file.
The tool is ready and can be tested. The device coped with the wooden surface perfectly, but on aluminum the pattern turned out to be no longer uniform. The construction failed while working with a steel square.
This idea is very interesting, but obviously requires serious improvement, however, if you use a new device for working with wood, then the experiment can be considered quite successful.
